Sun City Aliante 

Sun City Aliante is one of the most recent additions to the Sun City active-retirement communities, but it has more amenities than any other community of its kind. You’ll find Sun City Aliante located in North Las Vegas.


Sun City Anthem

Without question, Sun City Anthem is the most popular 55+ golf community in the Valley. Located within the boundaries of Anthem’s master-planned development, it has a stunning view of the McCollough Mountains, which are nearby.


Sun City MacDonald Ranch

Sun City MacDonald is an age-restricted community that offers a ‘simple elegance’ you just can’t find anywhere else in the Valley. Located in the southeast corner of Las Vegas and near the foothills of Black Mountain, Sun City MacDonald is only a 15-minute drive to the Strip.
 

Sun City Summerlin

Sun City Summerlin is counted among the few 55+ communities in the Valley and has more than 14,000 active-adult residents. All of the homes in this 2,400-acre community have a charming southwestern stucco theme that only adds to the scenic Spring Mountain Range nearby.
