This gated community is centrally located in the Green Valley masterplan. The gate contains 325 homes. These homes range in construction years from 1992 to 2000, and there are many sub-communities in this area, including Inverness and Legacy Highlands, The Estates, Inverness, and Grand Legacy. Many of the estate's homes are custom-built, and many of them are behind a second gate. The majority of homes in The Estates are located near the Legacy Golf Course, which runs through several holes. The home sizes vary from 2,216 to 11,271 sq. ft. ft.

Green Valley Parkway is just to the west. McCarran International Airport, which is located approximately 6 miles from the center of town, takes less than 12 minutes to drive. The southern end of the Strip can be found at 5 miles. You can access almost everything in the valley from the SR 215 beltway, which is located less than a mile to the south. Both Green Valley Station Casino and The District shopping center are within 1 1/2 miles. Both Selma F. Bartlett Elementary School and Greenspun Jr. High are within walking distance.

Legacy is a Henderson golf community. The Legacy neighborhood, which is located on the Legacy Golf Course's green, is close to shopping and recreation. You can easily access the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas from this location, which is just 12 miles away. Legacy is located less than 20 minutes away from McCarran International Airport.
