Lejon sold my condo for me and it was a very pleasant experience. He kept me up-to-date during the entire process while I am in California and he is in Las Vegas. LeJon was great! It was the first time for us selling a house in the US, and LeJon patiently “held my hand” and walked me through the process. To start with, LeJon was very hands-on and detailed oriented when viewing the house for evaluation and providing useful feedback on necessary repairs, etc. Furthermore, the listing price was spot on, which made for swift offers! LeJon’s efficiency and flexibility(mind you we were working across a 16hrs time difference) made for a pleasantly speedy process! From listing to closing in just over 6 weeks! To whom it may concern Let me start with a little personal real-estate history. Over the years as my wife and I bought, sold and rented numerous homes and commercial properties we experienced, at best, lackluster performance from the real-estate agents involved in the transactions. This left a very bad taste in my mouth for the entire real-estate industry. When my wife and I were getting ready to sell our rental property in Las Vegas (we lived out of state) we chose the real-estate agent that had been our property manager to now list this property for sale. We had not physically seen the property in a couple of years. We were depending on the information that our property manager gave us as to the condition of the house and the local market conditions. What a MISTAKE that turned out to be! This agent had misled us and in fact had done nothing to prepare the house for sale or let us know what the condition was so that we could hire someone to prepare the house for sale. After several months on the market with no activity we discovered that basically none of the information that we had been told by the previous agent was true. So now we had to start over and I assumed find more of the same. After reviewing the various on line reviews we decided to try LeJon "Lee" Jenkins. Lee immediately went to work informing us of what was actually going on and seeing to all of the issues that needed fixing. First time buying a house to call HOME. LeJon responded to my emails and texts immediately so the process began. We first started working with another realtor and another mortgage company. After getting no response from her I contacted Le Jon Jenkins about a property I was interested in seeing. He spent an hour on the phone with me to determine exactly what we were looking for in a property. He immediately started sending me listings that had what I was looking for. He called the next day to tell us there were 4 offers on the house. Two days later he called to say our offer was accepted. Over the course of the next few weeks he and the mortgage people, Usila and Adrienne worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality. We received calls and e-mails at all hours of the day and evening. All of these people worked more than 9am-5pm to make this happen for us. I cannot recommend these people any more highly. It was his idea to do the landscaping in the front yard to attract more buyers. By its second day on the market, the house had already received 2 bids. Our search for a rental home, with another realtor, was very disappointing. We found ourselves driving a rental truck across the continent on short notice, without a place to live when we arrived. My wife and I made a trip to Las Vegas in November 2013, for a short vacation and to investigate the real estate market in the area. I made a call to RE/MAX and within minutes I was contacted by several RE/MAX agents.
